Sentient

The race of creatures of this planet seem to show a much greater intelligence than expected. They speak in a soft verbal language very similar to our ancient Latin. Their civilization of composed of an anarchy; with both sexes being equal. They establish the ranks by jewelry: the higher the class, the higher the placement of jewelry is on their body. (ex: Earing is highest, while leg bracelet is lowest.

~Head/body of a Lemur
~Bird arms and wings
~Cat tail
~Length of the eyebrow determines age
~All feathers worn are their own and only

Not a species. A race of alien beings.
